Respected as a credible voice in decision making, performance excellence, and establishing governance models, Lisa earns a seat at the table wherever she serves –particularly in situations that need to be turned around or delivered on budget with tight deadlines looming on high-risk and faltering programs

As CEO and President at Pye & Associate, Inc., a privately‐held, global Information Technology and Organizational Change Management consulting firm, Lisa oversees the execution of hundred million dollar client programs and projects. She led numerous successful multinational corporate mergers and acquisitions, international cyber security programs, and large-scale organizational changes management efforts. She is now spearheading organizational change as corporations are experiencing major shifts in day-to-day operations.

Lisa has helped some of the world’s largest companies realize hundreds of millions of dollars in savings. Earlier she rose through the ranks of an international healthcare communications company, Visiplex, where she managed global teams as well as the merger and transition between Visiplex and Advanced Telecommunications, Inc. She began her career in project management and change management with Ameritech.

Afie Braimoh

Program Director

Afie has expertly managed programs globally for more than 20 years.

Afie takes an approach to managing projects that wins her the respect of the client, her piers and her teams, which allows her great success with flawless delivery. Her knowledge and years of experience makes her a desired program manager when team building and process management is in demand for success. Afie’s consistent project management approach of medium-to-large scale program ensures change management, strategic planning, business continuity are all included in every program she manages.

As Program Director at Pye & Associate, Inc., a privately‐held, global Information Technology and Organizational Change Management consulting firm, Afie manages the successful execution of multiple client programs and projects. She is now immersed in the exciting next generation of technology projects that brings the physical and digital worlds together as one.

Afie rose through the ranks of an international conglomerate building a Project Management Office that managed projects in the Oil & Gas, Agro-business and Hospitality industries. Early on she successfully led the team that managed the network integration of the largest financial merger in history, enabling the bank to realize significant savings. She began her career with NCR UK where she managed Oracle development projects in Switzerland, London and Germany prior to relocating to the US.
